Volador Jr. lands face-first on the outside of the ring.

During CMLL's September 22, 2006 television taping, Dos Caras Jr., Blue Panther, and Volador Jr. took on Hijo del Pero Aguayo, Shocker, and Marco Corleono in a 6-man tag-team match.

At one point when Shocker ended up on the outside of the ring, Volador Jr. attempted a twisting springboard plancha against Shocker. However, Volador got hardly any forward momentum in the jump and his legs got caught on the top rope.

Volador Jr. landed directly on his face and suffered a whiplash effect. He. was unable to continue the match and had to be taken out on a stretcher.
