The Undertaker Plants A Jobber With A Brutal Tombstone.

During the 12/23/91 edition of WWE’s Prime Time Wrestling The Undertaker took on Jobber Al Phillips

The finish of the match saw The Undertaker go for his finisher the Tombstone Piledriver.

Normally The Undertaker is able to protect the head of the opponent, however Phillips was unable to get a good hold onto Undertaker in order to prevent his head from crashing into the ground.

The impact of the move caused Phillips to slam headfirst into the ground and have his feet bend over and come near his head.

It is unknown if Phillips was seriously injured from the incident.
