Santino Marella Bloodies Own Face With Guitar Attack.

During the 10/20/08 edition of WWE’s Monday Night Raw from Corpus Christi, Texas Santino Marella and Beth Phoenix had an interview segment that involved Hacksaw Jim Duggan.

After insulting each other back and forth Santino hit Duggan in the head with a guitar that he had as a prop for his potential upcoming match with the Honkey Tonk Man.

The impact sent a piece of the guitar flying back and caused a cut in the face of Santino. blood can be seen dripping shortly after the hit.
