Psicosis overthrows Rey Mysterio .

During a AAA show that took place on August 20, 1994 Rey Mysterio and Psicosis were involved in a match with four other luchadores.

At one point Psicosis throws Rey to the outside of the ring and he was intended to land on the opponent on the outside of the ring. However the throw sent him over his target and he crashed hard onto the floor, giving Rey his first real injury of his career.
