Jody Fleich breaks his jaw on a stair case.

On April 28, 2007 at the King of Europe Cup 2007, a first round match saw Jody Fleisch take on Ryo Saito.

During the match Jody threw Ryo to the outside and set up for a springboard shooting star press. The entrance stage had a set of stairs dangerously close to the ring.

This proved to be a major problem throughout the night. In Jody's case, he landed face first on the stairs and broke his jaw. This would not be the only accident that night thanks to the stairs.
