Hercules Refuses To Sell For Sid Justice.

On February 23, 1992 the WWF held a show in Madison Square Garden, New York, NY, The show featured a match where Hercules took on Sid Justice (w/ Dr. Harvey Wippleman).

In the beginning of the match, Sid insulted Hercules in a promo, he then gave him the chance to leave and escape the match. Hercules responded by hitting him in the face.

The match continued with Sid on total offence and Hercules not selling anything. Even during Sid’s finisher the Powerbomb, Hercules calmly protected his head and after the pin got right up.

This was one of his last matches in the company and may have been an act of defiance.
