Shawn Michaels Fails To Properly Detach The Belt.

During the WWE PPV Summerslam that took place on August 27, 1995 at the Pittsburgh Civic Arena in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Shawn Michaels took on Razor Ramon in a Ladder match for the WWF Intercontinental Championship.

At the end of the match, Shawn went to grab the title, however the ladder wasn’t directly over it, so he grabbed hold of the belt and hopped off. Unfortunately the belt didn’t come down with him and stayed attached.

Michaels was then forced to climb back up and properly take down the title.
