Matt Hardy's Finisher Cuts open The Miz's Head.

During the WWE PPV Unforgiven that took place on September 7, 2008, at the Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland, Ohio, Matt Hardy took on Mark Henry, The Miz, Chavo Guerrero, and Finlay in a Championship Scramble for the ECW Championship.

With a little over three minutes left in the match, Matt Hardy hit the Miz with the twist of faith. The move somehow cause on the left side of the Miz’s head above the eye.
