Jerry "The King" Lawler Has Incorrect Hell In The Cell "Facts".

On the September 21st 2009 edition of Monday Night Raw which took place in Little Rock Arkansas Triple H with Shawn Michaels took on Cody Rhodes with  Ted DiBiase.

Midway throughout the match Jerry The King Lawler said that he had “never seen a tag team Hell in a Cell match before” and that DX vs. Legacy would be the first tag team Hell In a Cell match in history. This was incorrect as the first tag team Hell In A Cell match was Undertaker and Stone Cold vs. Kane and Mankind on a 1998 episode of Monday Night Raw. There was one other tag team Hell in a Cell match but we‘ll get to that in a second.

Shortly after King alluded to the fact that D Generation X had never competed in a Hell In The Cell match before. One could assume that Jerry was getting yelled at in his headset for that comment because without warning Jerry insisted he was correct. Jerry said that DX had NEVER competed in a Hell in the Cell match together and only separately in singles matches. This is also incorrect as D Generation X faced off against The McMahons (Shane and Vince) and The Big Show at Unforgiven 2006 in Montreal Canada.
